HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

Gift Cards can be purchased through our online store and flagship stores and can be accessed through any of our product pages. Our E-Gift Cards are not physically shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your E-Gift Card code.

Please note, any refunds requested for items purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded back onto a Gift Card.

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD?

Once you have placed an order for your NARVVI E-Gift Card, you will receive a confirmation email, which contains your unique code and instructions on how to redeem your E-Gift Card within the checkout.

Note: Please note, do not purchase Gift Cards alongside other products on the website. Please purchase the Gift Card alone as a single product so the email code may be redeemed.

I NO LONGER WANT MY GIFT CARD, CAN I GET A REFUND?

NARVVI E-Gift Cards are non refundable items.

CAN I USE A PREPAID VISA/MASTERCARD GIFT CARD?

Unfortunately, we do not accept Prepaid Visa/Mastercard Gift Cards.
