WHAT IS CLEARPAY?

Keen to get the best skin of your life but don’t have the funds? Clearpay gives you the freedom to split your basket total into four, interest-free equal amounts so you can NARVVI now, and pay later.

HOW DOES CLEARPAY WORK?

Using Clearpay is simple.

Just shop on our website and head to the checkout as normal. At the checkout, choose ‘Clearpay’ as your payment method. You will then need to sign in to, or create, your Clearpay account and provide your bank or card details. All you will need to do then is complete your order. It’s that easy!

WHAT ARE THE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS TO BE ABLE TO USE CLEARPAY?

To sign up with Clearpay you need to:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and phone number
  • Use a UK bank payment card - Visa or Mastercard Debit or Credit Card
  • Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract
  • Have a verifiable and valid ID
  • Be living in the UK (England / Wales / Scotland & Northern Ireland) No UK territories or British Forces Post Offices addresses are allowed, No Isle of Mann or Isle or Jersey or Isle of Guernsey addresses are allowed

CAN I USE CLEARPAY IF I’M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?

Unfortunately, Clearpay is only available to customers with a UK billing address. Customers with an international billing address will therefore not be able to create a Clearpay account. 

HOW DOES THE CLEARPAY SCHEDULE WORK?

Upon making an initial purchase, Clearpay customers will have to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are then automatically deducted from your selected payment method every two weeks. 

IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MUCH I CAN USE WITH CLEARPAY?

Yes, the value of your basket must be over £10 to be able to use Clearpay.

CAN I USE ANOTHER FORM OF PAYMENT WITH CLEARPAY?

Yes, if you have a gift card or a promotional code, you can apply this to your order at the checkout. The qualifying amount will then be deducted from your NARVVI order.

CAN I PAY MY BALANCE OFF EARLY?

Yes. If you would like to make additional payments before they are due then you can log into your Clearpay account and make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount outstanding accordingly. You can log into your Clearpay account at any time to view your payment schedule or to make an early payment.

DOES CLEARPAY APPROVE 100% OF ALL ORDERS?

Unfortunately, no. 

Like us, Clearpay continues to support responsible spending and will always consider the following before approving a purchase:

  • Are there sufficient funds on your card (generally we look to see the first instalment amount being available to spend)
  • Length of time you have been using Clearpay (tighter in the first 6 weeks)
  • Amount you have to repay, it may help to pay some off (not a guarantee)
  • The value of the order you are trying to place, it may help to reduce the value of your shopping cart (not a guarantee)
  • Adding a credit card may increase your spending power (not a guarantee)
  • The number of orders you currently have 'open' with us (not a guarantee)

I’M HAVING TROUBLE USING CLEARPAY. WHAT DO I DO?

If you are having difficulties using Clearpay, please consider all of the above. Please note, Clearpay considers a number of different factors upon approval. For example, the longer you have been a shopper with Clearpay and the more orders you have successfully repaid, the more likely you will be able to spend more.

WILL CLEARPAY RUN A CREDIT SEARCH AT THE POINT OF PURCHASE? 

Neither Clearpay or NARVVI run credit searches that could impact your credit rating at the point of purchase. This includes at the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage. 

I DON’T HAVE THE FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR MY NEXT PAYMENT. WHAT DO I DO?

We will always advise that our customers shop responsibly when choosing to use Clearpay as their default payment method and consider the long term costs involved.

A late payment fee of £6 will be charged to your account if funds are not available when the automatic payment is due. An additional £6 fee will then be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. Please note that any missed payments may negatively impact your credit score. For more info please contact clearpay directly.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

As soon as NARVVI have accepted your cancellation/return, Clearpay will cancel the statement or refund your payment.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USED CLEARPAY?
