PAYING WITH KLARNA

Paying with Klarna is simple, but we understand you may have a few questions. So, we’re here to help.

Klarna is available to all customers 18 and over with a billing and delivery address registered in the UK. To pay using Klarna, you will need to provide your mobile number (just in case) and email address - this is so Klarna can send your payment statement. Please ensure your details are correct, or you will not receive the relevant payment information. 

You will have two options available to you at checkout; Pay Later or Pay Later in 3 instalments.

HOW DOES PAY LATER WITH KLARNA WORK?

From the day your order has been shipped, you will have up to 30 days to try on your order and pay Klarna. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna. No interests, no fees. Easy.

HOW DOES PAY LATER IN 3 WITH KLARNA WORK?

Pay Later in 3 will allow you to pay in three equal instalments. The payments will automatically be taken from the credit or debit card you entered at checkout. Your first payment will be taken once your order is confirmed, the 2nd and 3rd will be taken 30 and 60 days, respectively.

HAVING TROUBLE PAYING WITH KLARNA?

This may be due to the following:

  • Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account. We'd recommend choosing another type of payment or placing an order for a smaller amount.
  • You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna statements.
  • You may have missed a required field at the checkout.

WILL A CREDIT SEARCH TAKE PLACE AGAINST ME?

Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor NARVVI run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS ON KLARNA?

You can pay with debit or credit card immediately in the checkout or take advantage of Pay later payment option, where you can pay for the goods once you have received them via credit card or debit card.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

As soon as NARVVI have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Payment is due 30 days after the item is shipped. To help you pay on time, Klarna will alert you two days before payment is due – you'll receive email reminders to pay – and, if very late, they'll also send you a text or letter, too.

DOES KLARNA IMPACT MY CREDIT SCORE?

Klarna may run a soft credit search that does not affect a customers credit score and is only visible on your credit file by you and Klarna. Neither Klarna nor NARVVI run credit searches that could impact your credit rating. This includes at the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage.

CAN I PAY BEFORE THE DUE DATE?

You can pay for your order at any point after you receive the email from Klarna with the details of your payment on. Just follow the instructions on this email to pay for your order.
