How can I return my item for a refund?Updated a month ago

We hope you love your NARVVI order, but we do understand that sometimes you may want to make changes to your order. We will be happy to accept your item back for return provided that the guidelines outlined below are observed. Please note, this policy does regretfully excludes items marked FINAL SALE, Briefs & Thongs and items that have been monogrammed or personalised with bespoke embroidery.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN


You must manage the return before the established deadline
 
Online shopping: you have 30 days from the shipping date of your order.
 
Shop at a physical store: you have 30 days from the date of purchase.


1. All items should be returned unworn, hygiene seals intact and packaged as per the original order with all the tags attached, inside the original box and they are in a resalable condition. 


2. Items must be in a resalable condition with no signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant, makeup or other personal stains) and not washed, altered, or customised.


If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.

RETURNS TO A NARVVI STORE 


You can return your items for free at any of our NARVVI stores. 

The in-store return option is available for both online and in-store purchases. Simply provide the items to be returned and your NARVVI QR or Purchase Receipt / Order Confirmation Email. 

Online returns in store are always free of charge, there will be no return fee for any parcels returned in store.

 

DOMESTIC DROP POINT RETURN 


You can return your items by dropping off your package at a drop point. Please note: Items purchased in store must be returned to store. If you are unable to go back to the original store you made your purchase in please contact us. 

 

The cost of the return request is 2.99 GBP, which will be deducted from your refund once we receive and have checked the product. If you select store credit, then the return request fee will be waived. 

 

If you have purchased as a registered user, you can request the return from the Returns section of your account. 

 

If you have made a guest purchase, you can request it by accessing the link that appears in any of the emails we sent you about your order. Alternatively, Click Here.
 

Once you have requested the return, we will send you an email with instructions for shipping and as many labels as boxes you are going to send. Please follow the instructions and drop off your return at the drop point of your choice.

 

Please note: Refunds are issued back to the same card that was used to make payment. We are unable to assign refunds to a different card. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued.


If you do not wish to use any of the return methods available we suggest you use an established courier in such instances, and select a recorded or guaranteed delivery service where available, and you will be responsible for the return costs. Please bear in mind that if you wish to return the items to us freight collect/cash on delivery, we may charge you any costs incurred in such return.


Once we have processed your return in our warehouse, we will send you an email as notice of cancellation. If you have not received your return email after 14 days, please contact us with your order number and our team will be happy to help!

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS


We accept international returns. Visit our international returns portal to initiate a return. A returns slip will be emailed to you. Please include this slip in the return package. Send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice. 


Please note that return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend insuring your package and contacting our customer service on [email protected] with the tracking number once shipped. 


All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your order date. Once your return is recieved back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment. 


Please note: The cost of a return request is 2.99 GBP, which will be deducted from your refund once we receive and have checked your return. If you select store credit, the return request fee will be waived. 


Please note: Duties, Taxes and Shipping Fees from the original order cannot be refunded.

Refunds to Gift Cards / Store Credit:

If you return items paid for by Gift Card or Store Credit you will be issued a new gift card / Store Credit with an updated balance. If you used a combination of payment methods, you will be refunded to your debit/credit card, first then the remainder will be issued as a gift card.


Example: If you have ordered items for £40 and paid £20 with a gift card and £20 with a credit card and later return items to the value of £30, you will receive £20 to the credit card you used at purchase and the remaining £10 will be issued as a new gift card.


Please choose carefully when purchasing the following merchandise as we will not accept returns for change of mind or exchanges for the following items due to our Health & Hygiene Policy (unless the item is faulty):

- Underwear and any items without a hygiene seal (for example briefs and thongs);

- Cosmetics, makeup and any beauty products or tools;

- Headwear

NB: 

Accessories: must be returned with the bag or the original cardboard packaging intact.

Fragrances and candles: must be returned in the original sealed packaging.

Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately.

Special packaging and additional accessories: items with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, suit carriers, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with said packaging or accessories in the same condition.


Processing time for returns

Once your return has been received at our UK warehouse facility, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and inspected. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. All funds should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of being processed.
