How do I exchange my item?Updated 2 months ago

Subject to stock availability, we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us within 30 days. In cases where we are unable to provide an exchange, we will first offer a credit. The new item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been received by us and checked.

Garments need to be in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. Please read our returns policy for reference here.

Please note: Items marked FINAL SALE and Briefs & Thongs are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Items purchased in-store can only be exchanged in-store. 

To request a return or exchange (excluding SALE items, thongs and briefs), please use our returns portal here.

Once approved, you will need to send the order back with our drop & go returns service. We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns. Please note, we do not cover return postage costs. Please see our returns policy for more details. 

The cost of the exchange request is 2.99 GBP, which will be charged from the card used to purchase the original order once we receive and have checked the product and an exchange has been approved. 

Please choose carefully when purchasing the following merchandise as we will not accept returns for change of mind or exchanges for the following items due to our Health & Hygiene Policy (unless the item is faulty):

- Underwear and any items without a hygiene seal (for example briefs and thongs);

- Cosmetics, makeup and any beauty products or tools;

- Headwear

- Items marked FINAL SALE

NB: 

Accessories: must be returned with the bag or the original cardboard packaging intact.

Fragrances and candles: must be returned in the original sealed packaging.

Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately.

Special packaging and additional accessories: items with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, suit carriers, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with said packaging or accessories in the same condition.

Processing time for returns & exchanges

Once your return has been received at our UK warehouse facility, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and inspected. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. All funds should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of being processed.
